Pour 50ml of the non-alcoholic spirit and a double shot espresso over ice and add 15ml sugar syrup (make your own by heating sugar and water before cooling) and pour into a martini glass.

HOLD ON A ’SECCO: Raise a toast with a glass of Sainsbury’s Nozeco, reduced from £3.75 to £3.50.
Or save a little more with the 0.5% Co-op Nosseco Sparkling, only £3 a bottle.
Both taste incredibly similar to the real thing.
SLOE IT DOWN: Go totally booze-free and make a “no-sloe motion” cocktail from Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb and Sparkling Elderflower, both now £2.50 per bottle at Ocado and garnish with a lemon zest twist for a delicious sparkling cocktail.
