CHRISTMAS has come early for shoppers looking for bargain presents this year.
Several major retailers including Ikea, The Range and Amazon have slashed prices ahead of Boxing Day sales in just over a week.
Boxing Day sales can be a great time to bag some end-of-year bargains and most shops take part.
Some big retailers also launch early sales to give shoppers a chance to pick up discounted products ready to be gifted on Christmas Day.
If you’re just looking to take advantage of some major savings, there’s lots to choose from.
We’ve had a look to find which places have sales on already and have listed some of the best offers.
Remember though, you should always shop around when looking to buy anything in a sale.
You might find it cheaper elsewhere, or it might be worth waiting to get it at an even lower price later on.
You could also use price comparison sites like Latest Deals, Camel Camel Camel, moneysavingexpert.com and pricespy.co.uk.
Ikea
The Ikea winter sale launched on Monday and will be running until January 8, 2023.
It has savings of up to 70% across a range of items including home and outdoor furniture, children’s accessories, and soft furnishings.
Some of the mega savings we found include this NORDLI Bed frame with storage and headboard.
It’s down from £529 to £569 – a saving of £160.
There are plenty of other offers too including reduced bedside tables, Christmas decorations and kitchenware.
Amazon
Amazon UK’s Last Minute Deals are currently live, and don’t end until December 22.
The online retailer will then be launching its Boxing Day Sales between December 26 and 31.
There are some big savings on offer across various different departments like fragrances, tech, beauty and clothing.
One of the best deals we found was a reduced Vera Wang perfume for just £14.99.
This is down £45 from its usual £60 price and is a great gift.
The retailer has also discounted its popular Echo Dot smart speaker by £23 to £16.99.
Other products on offer include the Oral-B Pro 3 Electric Toothbrush with Smart Pressure Sensor for £38.95 – down from £89.99.
The Range
The Range is famous for its discount prices all year round, but this week they’ve gone one step further.
It has a 30% sale on Christmas items, meaning that if you’re on the hunt for new decorations, dining sets, and homeware to deck out your house this festive season, you’re in luck.
Gonk lovers will be thrilled because there is a whole range of discounted adorable decorations on sale.
Shoppers can save £9.50 on this Standing Silver Sequin Gonk which is down to just £10.49.
The Range is also selling a Gingerbread 5-section tray that is perfect for picky bits at your Christmas gatherings.
You can save £3 on this item as it is down from £9.99 to £6.99.
Argos
If you’re still on the hunt for Christmas presents for your kids, look no further.
Argos has a big toy sale at the moment and it has a whole range of different gifts that your kids will love.
The Sportspower 10ft x 8ft Rectangular Trampoline is down from £250 to £212.50 – so that’s a saving of over £37.
Plus, the retailer also has a Pedal Pals Racer 14-inch Kids Bike on sale too.
The price has been cut by £35 to £80, down from £115 and comes with a helmet and knee pads too.
There are other present ideas that have been discounted as well, including watches, spa sets and headphones.
As always, make sure to factor in delivery costs before you commit to a purchase and try to look around for better deals.
Lots of other shops are also launching sales in the coming weeks either for the end of the season or for clearance of Christmas stock.
So, bear this in mind if there’s something you don’t need right away.
