Martin Lewis reveals the cheapest supermarket to buy a 1litre bottle of Baileys

MARTIN Lewis’ MoneySavingExpert has revealed where Christmas shoppers can bag 1litre of Baileys for £10.

Tesco shoppers will be able to get the huge bottles for a just a tenner from tomorrow so it could be a good time to stock up on the liqueur.

MoneySavingExpert (MSE) offered the tip in its latest newsletter, but it warned that only shoppers with a Clubcard can get the deal.

This means shoppers without a loyalty card will still have to pay the usual price of £21.

The deal will be the one of cheapest price among the UK’s major supermarkets but it’ll only be available in stores and online until December 12.

If you’re planning to stock up, Martin Lewis’ MSE said to keep in mind you’ll be limited to buying a maximum of six bottles each.

Remember always drink responsibly and know your own limits.

If you shop online, you will have to pay a home delivery fee and that there’s a £25 minimum spend.

Consumers can sign up to Tesco Clubcard for free and earn points every time you shop that can later be exchanged for money-off vouchers.

Shoppers are given one point for every £1 spent and each Clubcard point is worth 1p when you shop.

The discount will be applied automatically when you scan your Clubcard card in-store, or when you make an order from your account online.

Of course, it’s always worth shopping around for the best deals as you might find something cheaper elsewhere.

Websites like trolley.co.uk let you compare tens of thousands of products across a range of high street supermarkets.

Plus, you can use the Latest Deals website which shares vouchers, freebies and competitions to its subscribers.

Morrison’s is currently selling the boozy beverage to MyMorrisons customers for £9.99, but only until December 4.

If they aren’t signed up to MyMorrisons, they’ll have to pay £12.99.

Plus, customers are limited to three bottles each and the offer’s only available in England.

The next cheapest option was £13 from Asda and Sainsbury’s.

But if you want to save yourself even more, Asda has launched two new Irish cream flavours as part of its Christmas range.

And The Sun recently revealed the cheapest place to buy Quality Streets this week.
