SNOW has hit in most parts of the country today, causing chaos across all sectors.
Delivery services, motorways, public transport and airports have all come to a grinding halt.
While most schools in areas hit by thick white blankets of snow have also had to close.
One of the biggest worries when the snow hits is whether we’ll be able to get to the shops or if they’re even open.
Particularly if your supermarket delivery slot gets cancelled or the roads are too dangerous to drive on and you embark on a hike to get there.
Shops and restaurants can close in adverse weather for several reasons, for example if they’re unable to staff the sites.
If you can make it to the shops today, we’ve rounded up the full list of shops and restaurants who’ve said if they’re open or not.
This is all the information we have at the time of writing.
It’s always worth checking ahead at your local store or restaurant to see if yours is open or not.
