Cadbury’s is bringing back a favourite treat to shops just in time for Christmas

Published on November 30, 2022 at 04:42 PM

WE all love to dip into the chocolates at Christmas – and Cadbury’s fans can pick up something a bit different this year.

The confectionary company has brought back its white chocolate crème egg just in time for the festive period.

Farm Foods is selling a five-pack of Cadbury’s crème eggs for £2.99

Eagle-eyed shoppers have taken to social media saying they’ve spotted the sweet treat in Farm Foods.

It comes as part of a five-pack, including one white chocolate egg, and two milk chocolate and two caramel eggs.

A Farm Foods spokesperson said it’s selling the five-pack for £2.99 across all its stores, subject to availability.

If you don’t know where your nearest Farm Foods store is, you can use the store locator on its website.

We’ve approached Cadbury’s to find out if the box is available in other retailers and will update this story when we know more.

The Newfoodsuk Instagram page posted a photo of the box and it’s received over 11,000 likes. Dozens of fans have commented too.

One fan said: “I need this,”; while a second added: “Game changer.”;

One frustrated person said: “Why only one though argh.”;

Remember, you should always shop around for the best deal as you might find a product cheaper by comparing prices across different retailers.

Websites like trolley.co.uk can be helpful. It compares thousands of products across a number of supermarkets.

Cadbury’s has put a white chocolate spin on some of its classic milk chocolate products before.

The company started selling white chocolate Oreo Easter eggs in January last year.

It’s not the first time it’s introduced the white chocolate crème eggs to shelves either.

In early 2019, nearly 800 of the treats were hidden inside normal crème egg wrappers with customers offered the chance to win up to £10,000 if they found one.

In other news, Cadbury’s fans have only just started realising about Twirl sizes being changed in Heroes boxes.

Plus, earlier this month Tesco shoppers were rushing to get their hands on Aero and KitKat selection boxes.
